Happy New Year 2011

Yep this is the time everyone does resolutions. I plan on doing it this year, but being more specific and realistic. I am writing these down in this post.
1. via blogspot and/or twitter each day post ONE thing I am thankful/grateful for. If it happens to be more than one thing I post, even better. MUST POST ONE THING
2. walk 20 minutes 4 days a week either outside or on the treadmill. Record on My fitness pal
3. Do a small strength training session after the treadmill walk. Record on My fitness pal
4. drink at least 6 glasses of water every day Record on My fitness pal
5. log what I eat on my fitness pal

I am looking at taking a yoga and pilates class through the city's recreation department. The class would be once a week

I have done my workout for today. I am looking forward to my team's OLU fitness challenge. Tomorrow I will log my weight and measurements
